The counterbalanced stackers are suitable for use in loading docks, warehouses and production plants where durability and reliability are important. The compact size of the stackers makes them suitable for use in narrow areas.
Main Features
1.Compact size suitable for narrow aisle space
Walkie type is superior in the turning radius than the common ride-on type. It is more compact, can work in the narrow aisle warehouse.
2.Suitable for different kinds of pallets (Double & Single deck)
This balanced stacker doesn't have fork legs in the front, it can work with double deck and single deck pallets and other customized size of pallets.

Operation of Counterbalanced Walking Stacker
The operation of the Counterbalanced Walking Stacker is as follows:
1. Preparation before operation:
- Check the tyres, brakes, oil lines, electric circuits and other parts of the equipment to ensure that they are working properly.
- Evaluate the weight and dimensions of the goods and confirm that they are in accordance with the carrying capacity of the equipment.
- Check whether the ground and road in the stacking area are level to avoid safety problems during transport and stacking.
2. Stacking operation:
- Drive the counterbalanced walk-behind stacker to the side of the load and insert the forks under the load.
- Start the forklift truck, lift the goods to a certain height and stop.
- Move the forklift to the target position and lower the load smoothly.
- Remove the forks and return the forklift truck to the starting position.
3. Transport operation:
- Similar to the stacking operation, first drive the forklift truck to the side of the load and insert the forks under the load.
- Start the forklift truck and lift the load to a certain height.
- Move the forklift truck to the target position and then lower the goods smoothly.
- Remove the forks and return the forklift truck to the starting position.
During the whole operation, make sure to pay attention to the surrounding environment to avoid collision and injury. Meanwhile, the operator should be properly trained to be familiar with the operation and safety procedures of the equipment.
